Are you licensed and insured?
Yes – Wilson Builders Inc. is a fully licensed and insured Florida General Contractor (License #CGC018396). We meet all requirements for residential and commercial construction throughout the Treasure Coast.
What experience does your team have?
We’re a three-generation, family-owned construction company with 40+ years of hands-on experience in custom home building, luxury remodeling, and high-end outdoor living. Owner Patrick Wilson has been in the field since age 15 and leads every project personally.
What types of projects do you specialize in?
We focus on luxury custom homes, whole-home remodels, additions, kitchens, baths, and elevated outdoor spaces – including pools, cabanas, landscaping, and structural upgrades. Every project is fully custom and built to last.
How does your construction process work?
Our process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and efficient from day one. We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your goals, style, and budget. From there, we prepare a detailed, transparent estimate so you know exactly what to expect. Our team handles all required permitting with local municipalities, ensuring the paperwork and approvals are seamless. During construction, Patrick is on-site almost every day, overseeing progress, coordinating crews, and ensuring craftsmanship stays consistent. Throughout the build, we maintain open communication, provide regular updates, and keep you involved in key decisions. The project ends with a thorough final walkthrough to confirm every detail meets our standards — and yours.
How long will my project take?
Timelines vary based on design, materials, permitting, and scope. Once your plans and budget are finalized, we provide a clear, accurate schedule. We take on a limited number of projects to ensure efficiency and dedicated attention.
How do you price your projects?
We use a transparent time-and-materials approach so you always know where your investment goes. Every receipt for materials is attached to your invoice, and all labor is tracked through a GPS-verified time system for accuracy. If a change or additional work is recommended, we discuss it with you first and provide clear pricing before moving forward. There are no hidden fees, no unclear markups, and no surprises — just honest billing aligned with the quality of the work.
